Approval workflow
From request to visa approval
A clear workflow where each step is assigned to the right stakeholder, with mandatory approval before moving to the next stage.
Employee initiates the request
They enter their destination, dates, and upload the required documents in their personal space.
Manager / HR approves the request
The manager reviews the request, completes it if needed, then approves or rejects it with a reason.
DMC is solicited (if needed)
For destinations that require it, the local DMC is invited to upload supporting documents (invitation letter, hotel booking…).
Partner lawyer processes the case
The assigned firm accesses the complete case, exchanges with the Manager via built-in messaging, and uploads their legal opinion.
Visa obtained, employee notified
Status turns green. The employee and Manager receive confirmation with the final documents.
