The scheme
What is the Talent permit ?
The Talent permit (formerly Talent Passport) is a multi-year residence permit (up to 4 years) for foreign talent recruited by French companies. It encompasses 8 categories covering qualified employees, researchers, business creators, corporate officers, and medical professionals.
Focus: Innovative Company
This is the most commonly used category by our clients. Your company must meet at least one of these criteria:
Recognised innovative company
French Tech label, JEI, or recognition by a public innovation body.
Recent fundraising
Financing from an investment fund or public body of at least €300,000.
Significant growth
Revenue or headcount growth documented over the last 3 years.
