Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of services offered by Visamundi SAS (hereinafter "the Company") through the Nomamundi platform and associated websites.

Any use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify them at any time. New terms take effect upon publication.

Visamundi SAS provides assistance services for obtaining administrative documents related to travel and international mobility, including:

• Consular visas and e-visas
• Electronic Travel Authorisations (eTA, ESTA, etc.)
• Passport pre-applications and renewals
• Case tracking and management via the Nomamundi platform
• Visa compliance consulting for businesses

The Company acts as the Client's agent. It is not an embassy, consulate, or government body, and cannot guarantee the issuance of requested documents.

The Nomamundi platform also serves as a technology-enabled matchmaking tool connecting client companies with immigration and international mobility experts (lawyers, consultants, specialist service providers) listed in the Nomamundi network. In this capacity, the Company receives remuneration for the provision of this technology platform, in the form of commissions, service fees or subscriptions, invoiced to user companies and/or partner experts in accordance with the terms agreed contractually with each party.

This remuneration covers access to the technology infrastructure (dashboards, document vault, case tracking, AI analysis tools), case qualification, matching with vetted experts, and the ongoing maintenance and development of the platform. Specific pricing terms are detailed in the partnership agreements entered into with each expert and in the commercial terms applicable to client companies.

By using our services, the Client (hereinafter "the Principal") authorises Visamundi SAS (hereinafter "the Agent") to undertake on their behalf the necessary steps to obtain the requested administrative documents, for themselves or for any person for whom they have legitimate authorisation (legal representative, employer, etc.).

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided in their application.

Access to the Nomamundi platform is reserved for professionals (companies, travel managers, law firms) with a validated account. Account creation requires providing accurate and up-to-date information.

The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity on their account.

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and include the Company's service fees. Any consular fees are invoiced separately and passed on to the relevant authorities.

Payment is due in full upon submission of the application. Only secure credit card payment is accepted on the Company's websites.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any application not paid within the required timeframe.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual Clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal from order confirmation, provided no steps have been initiated with the authorities of the relevant country.

To exercise this right, the Client must send an express request by email in reply to the payment acknowledgement received. A standard form is available upon request.

Beyond the 14-day period, or if steps have been initiated, only consular fees may be refunded. Service fees remain due.

In accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code, no refund is granted for subsequent non-use of obtained documents.

Outside the right of withdrawal, refunds are granted in the following cases:

• Document not issued before departure date: refund of service fees only
• Refusal by the authority not attributable to the Client: full refund (consular fees + service fees)
• Error in the issued document not attributable to the Client: full refund or resubmission at the Company's expense

In all other cases, the Company declines any refund. When granted, refunds are initiated within 48 hours and may take up to 10 business days to appear in the Client's bank account.

The Company processes each case with care and diligence, in accordance with procedures prescribed by the authorities. However, it cannot be held liable for:

• Refusals to issue documents by authorities based on their own criteria
• Delays in issuance or digital delivery issues
• Errors in the content of documents provided by authorities
• Unforeseeable changes in procedures or fees by authorities
• Changes to travel plans rendering documents void (date changes, itinerary changes, etc.)
• Consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client

The Company's liability is in any event limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Review all documents before submission to authorities
• Keep copies of all transmitted documents
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Comply with the terms of use of the Nomamundi platform

In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to first contact customer service at contact@visamundi.co.

If no satisfactory response is received within 60 days, the Client may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator free of charge (Visamundi SAS, associate member of Entreprises du Voyage — ASS 9001383): www.mtv.travel

The processing of personal data collected through the use of the service is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible on this website.

The Company undertakes not to sell users' personal data and to use it solely for the purpose of providing services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or void, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable and continue to have full effect.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
