Mandate

The Client, also called Principal, authorizes the Agent, , who agrees to incur on his behalf the expenses relating to assistance in obtaining administrative documents for the country or countries covered by this site in his name (or in the name of a person from whom the Client obtained the express or legitimate authorization: legal representative, etc.), such as Visas, Online Visas, e-Visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations, pre-applications for Passports or any term deriving from and relating to the same digital product.

Opposability of these General Conditions

These General Conditions govern your use of the services of the sites of , including the one on which you consult these General Conditions of Sale, as well as all requests made for advice or information on our services. Each applicant hereby agrees and confirms that before submitting an application, he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of liability

These General Conditions contain a clause which limits our liability to the refund policy set out below. Except where our refund policy below covers them, fees are non-refundable.

The society will also not be held responsible in the event of any unforeseen change in the use of the documents or services provided by (dates and times of travel, purpose, etc.) and which would render the documents or services provided void. The society is also not held responsible for refusals issued by administrations according to their own criteria.

The society cannot be held liable due to your own use of the information provided on its media. It is your responsibility to check its accuracy, completeness and relevance with the Consulate or Embassy of the country concerned.

We recommend that you keep copies of all documents submitted with your application.

Refund Policy

The Customer requests a document from the Company , facilitative intermediary between travelers and government authorities. Please note that the Company declines all responsibility in the event of a delay in document editing on the part of the authorities.

Below are the details of the Company's refund policy. :

  • The Client's document was not edited for the day of his departure : only the service fees will be reimbursed.
  • A refusal by the administration to establish a document for the Client, if the refusal is not motivated by information voluntarily omitted or erroneous by the Customer during the request: refund of full payment made by the Client following his request (consular fees + service fees)
  • An error in establishing the document, which was not present in the Client's initial request, and proven by the Client: refund of full payment made by the Client following his request (consular fees + service fees)

In all other cases, the Company refuses any refund.

Furthermore, a administrative deduction of €15 including tax per payment will be applied in the event of:

  • documents not provided on time by the Client so that the Company can fully carry out its mission (submission of the Client's request to local authorities)
  • wrong statement (voluntarily incorrect data) when completing the document request form by the Client
  • existing folder deposited by the client with the authorities or another intermediary as part of the same trip for which he has mandated the Company

Reimbursement, if consistent with one of the cases explained above, is made automatically by the Society to the customer. The amount may take up to 10 working days to appear in the Customer's bank account.

Right to retract

Any order validated on the Website then canceled by the Customer upon simple request by email within 14 days after the order will be fully refunded for its total amount including tax. A standard form is available at this address and must be sent by email, in response to the payment receipt received.
