Mandate
The Customer, also referred to as the Principal, authorizes the Agent, VISAMUNDI, who agrees to incur expenses on the Customer's behalf concerning assistance in obtaining administrative documents for the country or countries covered by this site in the Customer's name (or in the name of a person from whom the Customer has obtained express or legitimate authorization: legal representative, ...), such as Visas, Online Visas, e-Visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations, Passport pre-applications or any term deriving from and concerning the same digital product.
Opposability of these General Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services of the VISAMUNDI sites, including the site on which you are viewing these Terms and Conditions, and all requests made for advice or information about our services. Each requester hereby accepts and confirms that prior to submitting a request, he or she has read, understands and agrees to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of liability
These General Conditions contain a clause which limits our liability to the refund policy set out below. Except where our refund policy below covers them, fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your application form and for checking it. VISAMUNDI will treat all applications with care and seriousness, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the authorities. However, although we will check your application form for obvious errors of form with great care, we do not guarantee that we will detect any errors in your form, nor do we undertake to check the information provided, for which it is your responsibility to ensure its accuracy.
VISAMUNDI shall not be liable to any applicant or any other person relying on or benefiting from any application for any loss of profit, revenue, contract, opportunity, business, additional expenses, or any other business or personal loss arising as a result of any delay in issue, digital delivery problem, error in the content of documents provided by the authorities, or for any advice or information given in connection with any application.
VISAMUNDI will not be held responsible in the event of unforeseen changes in the use of documents or services provided by VISAMUNDI (travel dates and times, purpose, etc.) which render the documents or services provided null and void. Nor can VISAMUNDI be held responsible for any refusals issued by government authorities according to their own criteria.
VISAMUNDI shall not be held liable for any use you make of the information provided in its media. It is your responsibility to check with the consulate or embassy of the country concerned for accuracy, completeness and relevance.
We recommend that you keep copies of all documents submitted with your application.
Refund Policy
Customers request documents from VISAMUNDI, the intermediary between travelers and government authorities. Please note that VISAMUNDI declines all responsibility in the event of a delay in document editing on the part of the authorities.
VISAMUNDI's refund policy is detailed below:
- The customer's document has not been edited for the day of departure. : only the service charge will be reimbursed.
- The administration has refused to draw up a document for the customer, if the refusal is not based on information omitted or erroneous by the customer at the time of the request or during our follow-up. refund of the entire payment made by the Customer upon request (consular fees + service charges).
- The document issued contains an error that was not present in the customer's initial request. refund of the entire payment made by the Customer upon request (consular fees + service charges) or resubmission at the Company's expense if possible.
In all other cases, VISAMUNDI will refuse any refund, including in the event of subsequent non-use of the documents (Article L221-25 of the Consumer Code).
Reimbursement, if consistent with one of the cases explained above, is made automatically by VISAMUNDI for the Customer. The amount may take up to 10 working days to appear in the Customer's bank account.
Right to retract
Any order validated on the Website and then cancelled by the Customer upon simple request by email within 14 days of the order will be cancelled. full refund of the total amount including VAT if no action has been taken with the local authorities.
If the cancellation request is received after the 14-day cancellation period, the service fee remains payable. Only consular fees are returned to the customer.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the retraction request in the cases explained above. It can take up to 10 working days for the sum to appear in the customer's bank account.
Changes to procedures and fees
Administrative procedures and fees for the processing of all services are beyond the control of VISAMUNDI and are subject to change without notice; in some cases, such changes may apply retroactively to requests currently being processed. VISAMUNDI does not accept responsibility for such changes in procedures or pricing, and reserves the right to pass on any price increases.
Prices and payment methods
Prices are quoted inclusive of all taxes. All requests must be paid in cash on receipt, unless otherwise agreed with VISAMUNDI.
If no payment is received, VISAMUNDI reserves the right to cancel the request outright. In the case of a large number of requests, different arrangements will only be accepted with the agreement of VISAMUNDI management.
Only secure credit card payments are accepted on VISAMUNDI sites. VISAMUNDI will choose the most secure system possible to guarantee its customers' data.
Mediation
VISAMUNDI, as an associate member of Entreprises du voyage (ASS 9001383), benefits from the mediation services of the Tourism and Travel mediator.
After contacting customer service by email and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer can enter the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on its website: www.mtv.travel
Processing of customer data

Partial nullity
If one or more stipulations of these General Conditions were deemed illicit or void, the other stipulations of these General Conditions would not be affected by this nullity and would continue to be applicable.
